Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Please note that due to changes in postal services as a result of Covid-19, our shipping times have changed; Standard shipping times to destinations in the US and Canada are now 2-4 weeks. Tracking details will be sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your item(s).
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. Please note that we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure that your order is delivered on time, Kudlii.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions etc.
We do not currently offer an expedited shipping option due to Kudlii's business model. This allows us to offer lower prices to our customers, but it usually adds about a week or two to the wait time.
Within the US we ship with either USPS or FedEx. Some of our brand partners who ship directly to you may also use UPS. For international orders we ship with DHL Global eCommerce and USPS International. In many cases, the local postal service will ensure delivery to the final destination.
We currently ship to the USA and Canada. International shipping is coming soon!
USA and Canadian customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These additional fees are not included in the cost of shipping, and we are to able to provide estimates of what this amount may be for a specific order or item.
Customs, duties and taxes can vary widely, so please check with your local customs agency for more details before you place an order.
Need to return a recent purchase? If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. To start a return, please click here to email our customer service team. Please provide them with the following information;
- Your order reference number
- What items you would like to return
- Reason you want to return (we love feedback!)
If eligible, we'll get back to you ASAP with instructions on how to return your item.
While we do not currently offer direct merchandise exchanges, you can return your item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired size.
We try to issue refunds as quickly as possible! Once we've physically received your returned package and confirmed the condition and contents, we will issue your refund. While we aim to process and refund your return within 10-15 days from the time you send it back, it may take up to 4 weeks during our busiest season.
Please note that once a credit card refund has been issued, it can take 5-7 business days for your bank to reflect that transaction on your account statement. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
We want you to love your Kudlii experience, so we offer easy returns within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed or damaged and must include all original packaging and tags.
While most items are eligible for return, some items are Final Sale and are clearly marked on their specific product pages. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note: Refunds to not include shipping costs paid on your original order. Kudlii is not responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the items(s). Items must be marked as "RETURNS" on shipping documents or they will not be received by Kudlii, and will be returned to sender.
